- Reservation Fee: To reserve your tour, a non-refundable deposit of $169 (or the specified amount for your selected tour) is required at the time of booking.
- Remaining Balance: The remaining balance of the tour price is to be paid in cash upon arrival in Morocco. For example, if the total tour price is $1,000, you will pay $169 at booking and $831 upon arrival.
2. Reservation Fee Policy
The reservation fee of $169 is non-refundable, regardless of the circumstances, including cancellations, no-shows, or changes in travel plans.
- This fee covers logistics and marketing expenses associated with organizing your tour.
3. Cancellations and Changes
- Cancellations: If you choose to cancel your booking, the $169 reservation fee will not be refunded.
- Changes to Your Booking: Modifications to your tour dates or itinerary are subject to availability and must be requested at least [Insert Required Notice Period] before the scheduled tour start date. Any additional costs associated with changes will be communicated in advance.
4. No-Show Policy
If you fail to arrive for your tour on the scheduled date or do not pay the remaining balance upon arrival in Morocco, your booking will be considered a no-show. In such cases:

- The tour reservation will be canceled, and no further services will be provided.
5. Payment Upon Arrival
The remaining balance of the tour must be paid in cash upon arrival in Morocco. Failure to pay the balance in full may result in the cancellation of your tour without a refund of the reservation fee.
6. Refund Policy for the Remaining Balance
As the reservation fee is separate from the remaining balance, any disputes or requests for refunds after the full balance is paid will be handled on a case-by-case basis, according to the specific terms of your booking agreement.
